Production

Our production is oriented towards medical supplies and the food industry, but we also work with weaving mills and glassworks, among others. The common denominator is stringent manufacturing specifications and short series.

Our machining equipment is capable of quick modifications.

Here are some of our specialities:

Forging: Forging considerably improves tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
Induction heating: Induction heating is a useful method of heating a clearly delineated surface in a short time, under full control, for example to accomplish precision brazing or section hardening.

Micro drilling: We drill single holes or hole patterns, from Ø 0.15 mm, in stainless steel.

  • Heat treatment – induction heating: We have three high frequency generators for induction heating, giving off 15 kW, 3.5 kW and 0.9 kW, respectively. When precision brazing small items, we use a filler dispenser.
  • Precipitation hardening, annealing, stress relieving.
  • Forging, pressing, cutting:
    We have long-standing experience with plastic deformation, through upsetting and squeezing, both cold and hot, of stainless steel, acid-proof steel and titanium.
    Excenter presses with feeders, a drawing press, a hydraulic press, an edging press and shears.
  • Machining:
    Milling, turning, drilling, micro drilling, broaching, threading, cutting with circular saw and band saw.
  • Grinding:
    Face grinder, tool grinder, cylindrical grinder, centerless grinder, half-automatic edge grinder, band grinder.
  • Joining:
    Precision brazing using an induction heater and a filler dispenser. Soldering.
    TIG, MIG, micro plasma and spot welding of steel and titanium.
    Welding/brazing of wire mesh and filter screens of stainless and acid-proof steel.
    Radial riveting.
  • Bending:
    Pipes, sheets, rods and wire.
  • Surface finishing:
    Rotation and vibration barrelling, high gloss polishing, electrolytic polishing, pickling, shot peening, glass bead blasting, whirl sintering and passivation with corrosion resistance check.
  • Measuring and checking:
    Comprehensive measuring equipment system, with calibrated measuring devices, surface roughness measurement, hardness measurement (HRC, Vickers, Brinell), profile projector and tool microscope.
  • Marking and cleaning:
    Etching, stamping and engraving.
    Ultrasonic cleaning, vibratory cleaner with cob fragments for non-chemical cleaning.
